NOTE: Please include an email address. Also note that PAINTBALL+ can only be selected if you have already signed up for PAINTBALL, as it is an additional activity session and costs $20 extra.

Campers will sign up for many activities on check-in day, which are included in the tuition, such as archery, arts and crafts, swimming, climbing, high ropes, canoeing, Keowee's, etc. There are additional activities which you may sign up for at an additional cost. Please see fees below.

If you are unable to arrive by 10:30am (EST) on check-out day. We are happy to care for your child until 12:30 pm (EST) for an additional $20.

A $150 deposit is required for each session registered

CHECK SESSION AND SPECIAL ACTIVITIES: Water-skiing (all ages), Hiwassee Raft (ages 10 & up), Ocoee Raft (ages 12 & up), Paintball and Paintball Plus+ (10 & up), Horse Back Riding (all ages). If attending consecutive sessions, indicate by checking box if you are staying over the weekend between sessions. *You must sign up for a Paintball session ($30) to sign up for the Paintball Plus+ (which includes a 2nd paintball session).

Once you have submitted the completed registration form please call the office with your credit card information. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If the deposit is not received within two-weeks of receiving the registration it will be canceled.

Please do not enter any banking details on this page.

 

Balance is due May 15, 2017 for all sessions.

Refund Policy: Camp fees less $50 processing fee will be refunded 30 days prior to the start of the session. Withdrawal less than 30 days prior to a session will result in loss of the $150 deposit. If a camper leaves camp due to illness, the camp fee will be pro-rated for refund.

Discounts:

  • YMCA members get a 10% discount off the camp fees. This discount does not apply to special activities.
  • Early Bird Discount: Register by January 31, 2017 and save $40 per session.
  • Deduct $40 for each additional child (2nd and 3rd child) from the same household who is registered for a summer session(s).
  • Deduct the following for any camper signed up for multiple sessions:
    *2nd Session - $50 *3rd Session - $75 *4th Session - $100 *5th Session - $125
  • Check-In Time for all sessions is 1:00-2:30 PM EST on Sunday
  • Check-Out Time for all sessions is 9:30am-10:30am EST on Saturday

Additional Comments:


While Camp Ocoee will make every attempt to provide reasonable accommodations for mentally and physically challenged children, the camp will not accept children that are (1) of danger to themselves, (2) of danger to others, or (3) a disruption to the normal activities making it unreasonably difficult for other children to enjoy camp programs. Any of the above reasons will be grounds for dismissal from camp. A parent/guardian must discuss with the director any special conditions or circumstances involving their child. This must be completed prior to registration so that we can advise you as to whether we can make a reasonable accommodation for your child.

I approve this registration and certify that the camper is capable of an overnight camp experience. I grant permission for the camper to participate in all planned camp activities including out-of-camp trips by van or bus, hiking, horseback riding and/or boating. In case of an accident or illness, the YMCA is authorized to secure emergency medical treatment. Prudent attempts will be made to contact the camper's parent immediately. I hereby give my permission to the medical personnel selected by the Camp Director to order X-rays, routine tests and treatment; release any records necessary for insurance purposes; and to provide or arrange necessary related transportation for my child. I understand that the YMCA assumes no responsibility for injuries or illnesses which my child may sustain as a result of his/her physical condition or resulting from his/her participation in these activities. I hereby voluntarily release and discharge YMCA Camp Ocoee/YMCA of Chattanooga, its agents, contract services, and employees from any and all claims for injury, illness, death, loss or damage which my child may suffer as a result of his/her participation in these activities. I understand that no medical insurance is provided by YMCA Camp Ocoee. The YMCA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal articles. I also authorize the YMCA to have and use photographs and/or videos of the camper named on this registration as may be needed for promotional purposes and public relations programming.
